Georgiadi-Vainas & Associates L.P.

The Law Firm was founded in 1993. The strong and long-term relationships with clients -companies and individuals- primarily in the fields of Civil and Commercial Law contributed to the constant development of the Law Firm.

Our firm provides personalized legal advice and strong litigation services to its clients in a way that covers their needs and effectively protect their interests.

The effectiveness of our law firm is the result of expertise, professionalism and excellent cooperation among our members and associates. Our primary concern is the strategy planning and the direct response, so as to obtain the best possible result regarding the interests of our clients.

The GV Legal team consists of six lawyers, whose brief resumes can be found in the section “Members of the Firm”. The team is completed with trainee lawyers as well as secretarial and accounting staff.

The law firm has a prominent presence in handling cases across Greece with the assistance of associates, law firms and bailiffs throughout the country. Furthermore, it maintains cooperation with law firms in Western Europe and the Balkans.

Natasha Georgiadi,

Lawyer, Founding Member

Founding Partner of “Georgiadi- Vainas & Associates L.P”, lawyer at the Supreme Court. She graduated in 1987 from the Law Faculty of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and pursued postgraduate studies in France (D.E.S.S DROIT DES AFFAIRES DIJON). Moreover, she gained experience working in Paris at the “Jean Bertagna – Guia – Dufaut” law firm specializing in international agreements and international transactions. Member of the Athens Bar Association since 1989, she provides services as a Legal Counsel to companies. Areas of Expertise: Civil Law (specializing in Exhibition Centers’ development, management and operation), Corporate Law, Media Law, E-Commerce, Commercial Agreements, Competition Law, Intellectual and Industrial Property Law, Consumer Law, Personal Data Protection Law. Spoken Languages: Greek, English, French and German. .

Apostolos Vainas

Lawyer, Founding Member

Apostolos Vainas is a member of “Georgiadi- Vainas & Associates L.P” since 1997. He is a lawyer at the Supreme Court. He graduated from the Law Faculty of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens in 1996 and he has pursued postgraduate studies in Business Administration (MBA) at Nottingham Trent University. He is a member of the Athens Bar Association since 1999. He has strong litigation practice mainly in civil, commercial and financial criminal law cases. Areas of Expertise: Internet Law, Civil Law (especially involved in real estate and debt collection). Criminal Law (especially involved in economic criminal law), E-Commerce, Consumer Law, Personal Data Protection. Spoken Languages: Greek, English, French and Italian.
